摘要
为了开发一种功能性汽车内饰材料,以黄麻纤维、竹炭纤维、低熔点纤维为原料,根据不同纤维配比和是否经过热轧工序,利用非织造干法针刺工艺制备出16种功能性汽车内饰非织造样品。通过测试分析不同纤维配比、不同工艺流程的样品的力学性能、透气性、耐磨性和负离子含量等性能,得出当黄麻/竹炭纤维/低熔点纤维配比为30∶50∶20时,再经过热轧,此时样品的综合性能为最优。
In order to develop a kind of functional automobile interior decorative material, 16 kinds of functional automobile interior decorative nonwovens were prepared by dry needling process of nonwovens based on jute fiber, bamboo carbon fiber and low melting point fiber according to different fiber ratio and whether they were passed the hot rolling process. By testing and analyzing the mechanical properties, air permeability, wear resistance and anion content of samples with different fiber ratio and different technological processes, it was concluded that when the ratio of jute/bamboo carbon fiber/low melting point fiber was 30∶50∶20, after hot rolling, the comprehensive properties of the sample were the best.
