摘要
借鉴枢纽中位问题的建模思想,建立区域多机场系统的航线网络优化模型。在现有客流量的基础上,以区域内所有客流通过航空出行的总运输成本最小为目标,考虑系统内外都包含枢纽、城市间距离太近不安排航线、枢纽机场有容量限制等条件,来安排合理的航线连接系统内外的城市,并对城市间的流量进行优化分配。旨在优化区域机场系统的航线布局和流量分配,促进区域多机场系统一体化发展。以江苏省机场群为例,利用粒子群优化算法求解,优化后地区机场系统的旅客总运输成本明显降低。
Based on HLP,the route network optimization model of the regional multi-airport system is established.On the basis of current passenger flow,this model is committed to minimizing the total transportation cost of all passengers in the region by air.Considering that both inside and outside the system include hubs,the distance between some cities is too close to arrange routes,and hub airports own capacity restrictions,etc.,this paper arranges reasonable routes to connect cities inside and outside the system and optimizes its distribution of traffic,thus to improve the route layout and flow allocation of the regional airport system,and even promote the integrated development of regional multi-airport system.
