摘要
并行计算软件移植到高性能计算机上之后需要评估其性能。TAU软件是一款优秀的性能评估软件,软件采用程序插桩技术收集并行计算软件的性能数据。描述采用TAU软件对并行计算软件进行性能评估的流程,在高性能计算机上对自研并行计算软件WiseManPlus进行评估,为软件优化提供依据。性能评估的流程将为评估和优化并行计算软件的性能提供借鉴参考。
After parallel computing software has been ported to the high-performance computers,it is need to evaluate the performance of the software.TAU performance system is an excellent toolkit for performance evaluation of the parallel software,using the program instrumentation technology to collect performance data.In this article the process for performance evaluation of the parallel computing software with the TAU performance system is described.Using TAU performance evaluation of the computational fluid dynamics solver WiseManPlus is performed,providing evidence for software optimization.The performance evaluation process will provide some reference for evaluating and optimizing the performance of the parallel computing software.
