摘要
新一代综合射频设备相较于现有设备在数据传输速率和传输距离上都有明显提高,为此射频设备发射端需要有更大的传输功率,以保证传输信号具有足够的抗干扰能力,但是随着综合射频系统向小型化、综合化发展,低功耗亦是该类设备设计中必须要解决的问题。通过分析综合射频设备中功率放大器件的工作特点,设计了一种根据功率放大器件工作模式自适应控制其工作电压的方法。方法可有效提高功放器件功率转化效率,经过实际测试使用方法综合射频设备的平均功率下降了5%~10%。
The new generation of integrated RF equipment can transmit RF signal faster and longer than previous units.For this feature,the new unit requires larger antenna transmit power to increase equipment anti-jam ability.But with the miniaturization and integration trend to avionic RF system,we have to deal with the low power consumption problem of these devices.This article first analyzes the power amplifier implementation features of RF equipment transmitter,where after designs the new adjusting operating voltage method according to equipment transmitting modes.This method can increaseratio of transmitter power amplify effectively,the measured data shows that this method can reduce device power consumption for 5%~10%.
