摘要
以钢渣、碳和粘土为主要原料,来制备出一种可用于水处理中的陶粒,确定了陶粒的烧制条件,并且探究了该陶粒对水中的铅离子的吸附情况。结果表明:利用钢渣比表面积大、表面粗糙且内含有大量碱性氧化物的优势,可以制备出用于吸附废水中铅离子的陶粒,且陶粒有很好的吸附效果,并确定陶粒在配比为4∶4∶2,烧制温度为800℃,溶液的pH在6~10之间时,吸附效果非常好,吸附率随着投加量的增加而增加。
A kind of composite ceramsite was prepared from steel slag,carbon and clay,and suitable roasting temperature was determined.The adsorption of lead ions in wasterwater by the ceramsite was also explored.The results showed that,taking advantage of large specific surface area,rough surface and a large quantity of alkaline oxides in steel slag,the ceramsite suitable for adsorption of lead ions in wastewater was successfully prepared.And its adsorption effect was much better when the ratio of steel slag,carbon and clay was 4∶4∶2,the roasting temperature was 800℃,and the pH value of solution was between 6 and 10.Moreover,the adsorption rate increased with the increase of ceramsite dosage.
