Research Progress in Application of Partial Least Squares Regression Analysis in the Spectrum-effect relationship of Traditional Chinese Medicine

谱效关系是近些年应用于中药活性成分筛选和质量控制评价的一种新型、有效的方法。而偏最小二乘回归分析法是谱效关系分析中常用、可靠的数据处理法。目前已有大量文献报道偏最小二乘回归分析应用于各种中药的谱效关系研究。综述了偏最小二乘回归分析应用于各种中药指纹图谱和其他数据统计方法联用的谱效关系研究。它们对于谱效关系的深层次研究具有十分重要的意义。

Spectrum-effect relationship is a new and effective method applied in the screening and quality control evaluation of active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine in recent years. However, partial least squares regression analysis is a commonly used and reliable data processing method in spectrum-effect relationship analysis. At present, a large number of literatures have reported the application of partial least square regression analysis in the study of spectrum-effect relationship of various traditional Chinese medicine. In this paper, the application of partial least squares regression analysis in the research of spectrum-effect relationship of various traditional Chinese medicine was reviewed.
