摘要
印刷品溶剂残留超标主要为凹印产品。对生产实践中凹印环境及生产条件对溶剂残留的影响进行了探讨。在生产操作方法方面保证印刷溶剂残留产生一致性的前提下,提出在相同温度、湿度条件下,将同种类产品生产参数设置进行数字化管理,做出溶剂残留与开机速度、添加溶剂、油墨溶剂残留检测值公式,可模拟生产后溶剂残留值,降低产品的溶剂残留值。
The solvent residue in gravure printing products always is over the standard.In this paper,the influence of gravure printing environment and production conditions on solvent residue in production practice was discussed.On the premise of ensuring the consistency in the printing solvent residue in terms of production operation methods,it was proposed to digitally manage the production parameter settings of the same kind of products under the same temperature and humidity conditions,the formula to calculate the solvent residue based on startup speed,solvent dosage and so on was obtained,which could simulate the residual value of the solvent after production and reduce the residual value of the product.
