摘要
紧凑式气浮作为含油污水处理设备,具有尺寸小、重量轻、处理效率高等优点。本文就近期海上采油平台使用的一种新型紧凑式气浮进行原理及流程介绍,对比传统紧凑式气浮,新型气浮采用独立的油水腔室设计,减少油水二次污染;油气集中排放,减少设备排放口;流程设计上缩减了气浮泵的使用,减少了设备投资及维修费用;设备采用满液操作,不需覆盖气管线及仪表阀门,所有这些特点降低了设备投资费用,减少了撬块尺寸,更加适用于集约型海上采油平台。
The compact air flotation device as the produced water treated equipment has the advantages of small size,low weight and high efficiency.In this paper,the mechanism and process flow of a new type compact air flotation device recently used on offshore oil platforms were introduced.Compared with conventional compact air floatation devices,the new type air flotation device adopts individual oil and water compartment to reduce the likelihood of oil and water mixing together;in the device,oil and gas can be discharged together to reduce the number of equipment’s nozzles;the floatation pumps can be cut down to diminish the cost of equipment and maintenance;full-liquid operating mode can be employed to reduce blanket gas pipes and instrument valves.All above features make the investment and size of whole skid less,so the new type air floatation device is more suitable for intensive offshore oil platforms.
