某拖船主机调速器换装研究与实践

Research and practice on replacing governor of main engine of a tugboat

针对某船6300ZC主机存在空车时转速波动问题,文章通过故障分析,将现有的YT170型调速器改换为具有刚性反馈机构的调速器。换装过程中还解决了转速匹配等问题,换装后主机性能稳定,质量可靠,达到预期目标。

Aiming at the problem of empty wave velocity in 6300ZC main engine of a ship,this paper changes the existing YT170 governor into a governor with rigid feedback mechanism through fault analysis.During the process of assembly replacement,problems such as speed matching are also solved.After the replacement,the performance of the host is stable and the quality is reliable and the expected target is achieved.
