摘要 [目的]氯氟醚菌唑(mefentrifluconazole)是由巴斯夫公司开发的杀菌剂。参考文献方法对其进行了合成及生物活性研究,以期寻找新的先导化合物。[方法]通过环氧化物开环方法制备了氯氟醚菌唑,并采用活体盆栽测定方法测试了氯氟醚菌唑及对照化合物杀菌活性。[结果]化合物结构经1H NMR确认,氯氟醚菌唑在测试质量浓度下对黄瓜炭疽病、玉米锈病具有中等防效,对小麦白粉病具有优异防效。[结论]氯氟醚菌唑对白粉病具有优异的杀菌活性,以期为先导寻找新的杀菌化合物或研发高效混剂具有重要价值。 [Aims]Mefentrifluconazole is a new fungicide developed by BASF.This paper aims to find a new lead compound by studying its syntheses and fungicidal activity.[Methods]Mefentrifluconazole was synthesized through the epoxide and ring opening method.The in vivo fungicidal activities of mefentriflu conazole and its control compounds were evaluated by pot test.[Results]The structure of compound was identified by^1H NMR.Mefentrifluconazole showed moderate activity against cucumber anthracnose,corn rust and excellent activity against wheat powdery mildew.[Conclusions]Mefentrifluconazole has excellent fungicidal activity against powdery mildew.It is worthy to be studied as a lead compound to search for new fungicides and to explore high-efficiency mixtures.
