脱贫攻坚和乡村振兴是新时期我国实施的两大重要战略。在国家的政策体系支持下,农业发展为上述战略的有效推进和全面实施奠定了坚实的产业基础。《公共政策、农业发展与减贫》一书以公共政策、农业发展和减贫效应为研究对象,构建了“公共政策—农业发展—减贫—乡村振兴”的逻辑框架和相应理论体系,着重分析了公共政策在农业减贫过程中的作用机理和作用程度,探讨了农业农村优先发展的重要性及其对减贫和乡村振兴的作用。该书结合当前脱贫攻坚和乡村振兴的实际情况,紧紧围绕确保农业农村优先发展地位和持续推进政策落地这两大导向,提出了相关政策建议。
