摘要
以往对于连退工艺的研究仅仅关注于性能与稳定通板而忽略板形,针对此问题结合连退机组的设备与工艺特点,在考虑到来料板形与炉内不均匀因素(带材跑偏、炉辊辊型、带钢横向温度差、炉辊安装误差等)影响的基础上,将带材沿着横向按照一个有机的整体进行处理,兼顾到上下单元之间板形的相互影响,建立了一套适合于连退过程带钢内部张应力横向分布模型,分析了单元内板形与单元外板形的差异。还提出了一套适合于连退过程的带钢板形演变模型,并将其应用到某1550连退机组的生产实践,模型得到的连退板形的预报值与实测值误差在15%内,且趋势完全一致,为连退机组板形的控制奠定了理论基础。
The researches on the continuous annealing process only focused on the performance and stability of the board and ignored the shape of the plate in the past. In light of this problem, the equipment and process characteristics of continuous annealing unit are combined, and on the basis of the influences of the material shape and unevenness in the furnace(belt deviation, furnace roll type, strip lateral temperature difference, furnace roll installation error, etc.), the strip steel along the transverse direction in an organic whole is treated. By considering the interaction of the shape of the upper and lower units, a set of transverse stress distribution model is established for the strip steel internal stress which is suitable for continuous annealing process. The difference between the shape of the inner plate and the shape of the outer plate of the unit is analyzed. A set of steel plate shape evolution model suitable for the continuous retreat process is proposed. The steel plate shape evolution model is applied to the production of a 1550 continuous annealing unit. The error between the predicted values and the measured values of the continuous annealed plate shape obtained from the model is within 15%, and the trend is completely consistent. This study provides a theoretical foundation for the shape control of the continuous annealing unit.
