应用集中度和圆形分布法对西安市某院2010年-2018年手足口病患者诊疗季节特征的分析

An Analysis on Seasonal Distribution Characteristics of Hand Foot and Mouth Disease in a Three A and Tertiary Hospital of Xi’an City from 2010 to 2018 Based on Concentration Ratio and Circular Distribution

目的分析西安市某三级甲等医院手足口病患者的诊疗季节性特征,为手足口病的防治提供科学依据。方法运用集中度和圆形分布法对2010年1月1日-2018年12月31日西安市某三级甲等医院手足口病患者的诊疗季节性特点进行分析,用Watson-Williams法比较圆形分布的多个角均数。结果2010年-2018年手足口病诊疗季节性分布总M为0.513,圆形分布r=0.510,平均角α=228.37°,即诊疗高峰日为6月13日,诊疗高峰期为4月6日至8月19日;各年度手足口诊疗均存在诊疗高峰日和诊疗高峰期,且各年度诊疗高峰日不相同或不完全相同,F=47.124,P<0.01。M值与r值相关性显示M值和r值呈高度正相关,r=1.000,P<0.01。结论西安市某三级甲等医院手足口病患者具有较强的季节性特征,可在手足口病流行期前采取针对性的干预措施。

Objectives To understand the seasonal characteristics of Hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD)from 2010 to 2018 in a Three A and Tertiary Hospital of Xi’an City,in order to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control work of the disease.Methods Concentration ratio and circular distribution were used to analyze the seasonal distribution of HFMD from 2010 to 2018 in a Three A and Tertiary Hospital of Xian City,and means of more angles were compared by using Watson-Williams test in the circular distribution.Results The overall M value of the seasonal distribution of HFMD was 0.513,the circular distribution r was 0.510,average angle α was 161.92°,and the confidence interval was between 95.47°and 228.37°.The diagnosis and treatment was mainly reported between April 6 th and August 19 th and peaked on June 13 th;There were peak day and crest time of HFMD from 2010 to 2018,The peak day of HFMD in each year was different or partly different(F=47.124,P<0.01).There were significant differences in average angle and correlation analysis indicated that M value was positively correlated with r value(r=1.000,P<0.01).Conclusions The distribution of HFMD incidence in a Three A and Tertiary Hospital of Xian City between 2010 and 2018 exhibits strong seasonal characteristics.The responsible departments should implement targeting prevention and control measures before the peak season.
