2015年-2018年四川省跌倒住院患者医疗费用分析

Analysis of Medical Expenses of Fall Inpatients in Sichuan Province from 2015 to 2018

目的分析四川省跌倒住院患者医疗费用,为制定防控策略提供参考依据。方法采用描述性统计分析方法对四川省2015年1月1日-2018年12月31日跌倒医疗总费用及其变化趋势进行分析。结果跌倒医疗总费用为171.11亿元,占总体损伤医疗总费用的41.68%,跌倒住院费用年增长率为23.53%;男性跌倒所产生的住院总费用高于女性,但女性跌倒住院总费用年增长率为28.85%,高于男性19.63%;四川省65岁及以上老年人口跌倒费用年增长率为30%左右。结论四川省跌倒经济负担较重,跌倒费用主要集中于青壮年男性,65岁及以上老年人口为跌倒重点防控对象。

Objectives To understand the current situation of fall medical expenses of residents in Sichuan Province and provide scientific basis for fall prevention and control.Methods Descriptive statistics and trend analysis were used to analyze the total cost of falls in Sichuan Province from 2015 to 2018 and its change trend.Results The total cost of fall medical treatment was 17.11 billion yuan,accounting for 41.68% of the total cost of injury medical treatment,and the annual growth rate of fall hospitalization cost was 23.53%;the total cost of male fall was higher than that of female,but the annual growth rate of female fall hospitalization cost was 28.85%,higher than that of male(19.63%);the annual growth rate of fall hospitalization cost of 65 years old and above in Sichuan Province was about 30%.Conclusions The economic burden of falls in Sichuan Province was heavy from 2015 to 2018.The cost of falls was mainly concentrated in young and middle-aged men.The elderly aged 65 and above were the key objects of falls prevention and control.
