口腔毛滴虫感染与口腔疾病之间相关性分析

摘要 目的探讨口腔毛滴虫感染情况及其与口腔疾病之间的相关性。为防治口腔毛滴虫感染提供依据。方法选取2018年11月1日-2019年10月31在某医院(附属口腔医院)口腔修复科门诊接受诊治的440例患者作为研究对象,采用探针取牙周袋内牙垢,生理盐水直接涂片后镜检,同时进行口腔疾病检查,观察440患者口腔毛滴虫感染情况,分析口腔毛滴虫感染与发病特点、口腔疾病及口腔唾液PH值之间的关系。结果440例就诊患者中口腔毛滴虫感染53例,感染率为12.05%。男女发病率无差异,20岁以下感染率较低,60岁以上者感染率高。牙龈炎发病人数多,但感染毛滴虫的比率低,为8.59%,患有牙髓炎、牙周炎的感染率较高,分别为15.79%、14.29%。口腔唾液PH值<6.7的感染率高,为19.80%;口腔酸性环境者感染率高,差异具有统计学意义。结论年龄因素、口腔酸性环境及口腔疾病和口腔毛滴虫感染的发生发展之间存在一定相关性,保持口腔卫生和提高免疫力是治疗口腔疾病的关键。 Objective To explore the correlation between oral trichomonas infection and oraldiseases.To provide the basis for the prevention and treatment of oral trichomonas infection.Methods 440 oral outpatient cases received treatment in the Prosthodontics department of a Affiliated Hospital of a Medical University from November 1 st,2018 to October 31 st,2019 were included in this study.Their tartar in the periodontal pocket was obtained by theneedle,which was directly smeared by using physiological saline.Trichomonas infection and therelationship between trichomonas infection and saliva PH value were further analyzed.Results There existed trichomonas infection in 53 cases,and the infection rate was 12.05%.There was no difference in the incidence between men and women,the infection rate was lower under the age of 20,and the infection rate was higher in those over the age of 60.The incidence of gingivitis was high,but the infection rate was low at 8.59%.The infection rate with pulpitis and periodontitis was higher,15.79% and 14.29%,respectively.The infection rate of oral saliva PH value<6.7 was high,19.80%,and the infection rate of oral acidic environment was high,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions There is a certain correlation between age factors,oral acidic environment and the occurrence and development of oral diseases and oral trichomonas infection.Maintaining oralhygiene and improving immunity were important key factors to treat oral diseases.
