摘要
为了解大学生自我控制能力与情绪调节自我效能感、情绪调节策略的关系,采用自我控制量表(SCS)、情绪调节自我效能感量表(RES)及情绪调节策略问卷(ERQ)对404名大学生进行调查,结果发现,大学生自我控制能力与情绪调节自我效能感、情绪调节策略相关显著,情绪调节自我效能感及情绪调节策略对大学生自我控制能力都有显著的正向预测作用,在中介效应分析中发现,认知重评与表达抑制在情绪调节自我效能感对自我控制能力的影响中发挥多重中介作用。这说明情绪调节自我效能感既能直接影响自我控制能力,也通过影响多种情绪调节策略而间接影响自我控制能力。
To explore university students'self-control ability and its relationship with regulatory emotional self-efficacy and emotion regulation strategies,Regulatory Emotional Self-efficacy Scale,Emotion Regulation Questionnaire and Self-Control Scale are employed to survey 404 university students.The results show that:(1)as a whole,self-control ability is positively correlated with regulatory emotional self-efficacy and emotion regulation strategies;(2)emotional regulation self-efficacy and emotional regulation strategies have a significant positive predictive effect on college students'self-control;(3)in the mediation effect analysis,it is found that cognitive re-evaluation and expression inhibition play a multiple mediating role in the influence of emotional regulation self-efficacy on self-control ability.In general,emotional regulation self-efficacy can directly affect self-control ability,and indirectly affect self-control ability by influencing multiple emotion regulation strategies.
