摘要
师生关系是教学过程的核心问题,新课程改革的实施强调构建和谐的师生关系。传统师生关系蕴含着师君并尊、师徒如父子的师道尊严观念和传道、授业、解惑的教师主导观念,并萌生了师即是友,友即是师的思想,继而从以人为本是基点、角色定位与转换是关键、制度建设是保障这三个方面对传统师生关系进行文化省思。新型师生关系的重构具体包括转变观念,形成科学的教学意识;打造高效课堂,营造和谐教学氛围;提升素养,用人格魅力感化学生。
The relationship between teachers and students is the core of the teaching process.The implementation of the new curriculum reform emphasizes the construction of a harmonious relationship between teachers and students.The traditional teacher-student relationship contains the concept of teachers’dignity and the leading concept of preaching,teaching and dispelling doubts.It also gives birth to the idea that teachers are friends and friends are teachers.Then it makes a cultural reflection on the traditional teacher-student relationship from three aspects:people-oriented as the basis,role orientation and transformation as the key,and system construction as the guarantee.The reconstruction of the new relationship between teachers and students includes the transformation of ideas,the formation of scientific teaching consciousness,the creation of efficient classroom,the creation of a harmonious teaching atmosphere,the promotion of literacy,and the use of personality charm to influence students.
