人工智能技术是以极快速度取得重要发展的一项具有前瞻意义与创新意义的科学技术,在为各个领域与行业创造全新发展机遇的同时也带来了一系列挑战。在此背景下,高校教育必须通过改革人才培养模式,力求与人工智能技术发展同步,抓住人工智能技术所创造的机遇并有效应对其挑战。分析了高校在人工智能时代的人才培养目标,在此基础上提出高校适应人工智能技术发展改革人才培养模式的具体策略。

Artificial intelligence technology is a science and technology with forward-looking and innovative significance,which has achieved important development at an extremely fast speed.It not only creates new development opportunities for various fields and industries,but also brings a series of challenges.In this context,college education must reform the personnel training mode,strive to keep pace with the development of artificial intelligence technology,seize the opportunities created by artificial intelligence technology and effectively respond to its challenges.This study mainly analyzes the talent training objectives of colleges and universities in the era of artificial intelligence,and puts forward specific strategies for colleges and universities to adapt to the development of artificial intelligence technology and reform the talent training mode.
