This paper introduces the application advantages of Wechat platform in internship management,including the modularization of management,the flattening of team and the individualization of evaluation,and enumerates the application advantages of Wechat platform in the aspects of close contact between all parties,optimization of internship environment and deepening the cooperation between school and enterprise.Combined with the experience of internship management,it respectively focuses on the establishment of long-term service mechanism and the construction of management team This paper analyzes the application value of Wechat platform in further optimizing internship management.
