A Study on the Application of Life Education Concept to the Mental Health Education of College Students

为了推进大学生教育工作的可持续发展,从学生心理健康角度出发,分析引发亚健康问题的根本原因,并从珍爱生命的角度分析学生对生命意识的认知能力。结合这些问题讨论在大学生心理健康教育工作中运用生命教育理念的重要性以及二者之间的联系性。提出在心理健康教育中运用生命教育理念的具体实践方案,要明确教学工作发展目标,完善教学管理制度,提升教师教学能力,开展丰富的教学活动,积极对教学工作内容和形式展开创新研究,确保心理健康教育工作的教学价值能够得到充分的发挥。

In order to promote the sustainable development of college students’education,this paper mainly analyzes the root causes of sub-health problems from the perspective of students’mental health,and analyzes students’cognitive ability of life consciousness from the perspective of cherishing life.Combined with these problems,the importance of using the concept of life education in the mental health education of college students and the relationship between them are discussed.In order to ensure the full play of the teaching value of mental health education,it is necessary to make clear the development goal of teaching work,improve the teaching management system,improve the teaching ability of teachers,carry out rich teaching activities,and actively carry out innovative research on the content and form of teaching work.
