就业导向的中职旅游专业实践性教学改革探讨

Discussion on Employment-oriented Practical Teaching Reform of Tourism Major in Secondary Vocational School

中职旅游专业实践性教学过程中存在的问题主要包括实践课程设置不合理,学生对旅游实践性课程缺乏认识,学校所提供的实践场所难以保障教学质量。提出了以就业为导向的中职旅游专业实践性教学改革策略:设置以就业为导向的实践性针对课程,增强学生对实践能力培训的认知,完善实训场地。

The problems existing in the practical teaching process of tourism major in secondary vocational school mainly include the unreasonable setting of practical courses,the lack of awareness of students on the practical courses of tourism,and the difficulty in ensuring the quality of teaching in the practice places provided by the school.This paper puts forward the reform strategy of practical teaching of tourism major in secondary vocational school,which is oriented by employment:setting up practical courses oriented by employment,enhancing students′awareness of practical ability training,and improving the training site.
