高校体育教学方法创新策略研究——基于体育课程改革背景下

Research on Innovation Strategies of College Physical Education Methods——Based on the Reform of Physical Education Curriculum

创新高校体育教学方法具有其必要性。是体育课程改革的需要,是培养创新型人才的需要,是体育教学自身规律的需要。我国高校体育教学存在的问题主要包括教学模式固化单一,教学计划不科学,教学方法不合理,学生缺乏运动热情。提出了创新高校体育教学方法的相关策略:丰富教学模式,制订合理的教学计划,开展针对性教学,使用信息技术;突出学生的主体地位。教师应转变以往传统的教学理念,要尊重学生的个性差异,做到因材施教,让学生的个性得到最大程度的发展。为了让学生更快地吸收体育知识,教师应灵活利用多种方式开展教学,如情境教学法、案例教学法、问题导学法,等等。教师应结合运动项目的技术特点开展针对性教学,帮助学生在最短时间内掌握更多的技术要点。教师需要主动在体育教学中使用信息技术,将枯燥的体育知识生动化。高校在开展体育教学时,必须坚持以人为本,突出学生的主体位置。

The necessity of innovative college physical education teaching methods is mainly reflected in the need of physical education curriculum reform,the need to cultivate innovative talents,and the need of physical education teaching itself.The problems of physical education in China′s colleges and universities mainly include the solidification of a single teaching model,unscientific teaching plans,unreasonable teaching methods,and lack of sports enthusiasm among students.The related strategies of innovative college physical education teaching methods are proposed:enrich the teaching mode,formulate a reasonable teaching plan,carry out targeted teaching,use information technology,and highlight the student′s subject status.Teachers should change the traditional teaching concept in the past,respect the differences of students′personality,and teach students according to their aptitude,so as to maximize the development of students′personality.In order to allow students to absorb sports knowledge more quickly,teachers should flexibly use multiple methods to carry out teaching,such as situational teaching,case teaching,problem-based learning,and so on.Teachers should carry out targeted teaching based on the technical characteristics of sports events to help students master more technical points in the shortest time.Teachers need to take the initiative to use information technology in physical education to bring boring physical knowledge to life.When colleges and universities develop physical education,they must adhere to the people-oriented principle and highlight the students′dominant position.
