摘要
高职高专学生体育训练强度比较大,训练过程中普遍存在训练计划一致性、训练内容一致性,缺乏训练针对性和区别性,导致受训者在运动过程中造成运动损伤。结合高职高专体育训练的常见运动损伤及其产生原因提出针对性的预防策略,为进一步提升高职高专体育训练效果和受训者的运动能力、提高受训者的自我保护能力、避免运动损伤提供思路。
The intensity of physical training of higher vocational college students is relatively intensive.In the process of training,there is generally nodiscrimination of training plan,training content,and lack of training pertinence and differentiation,which leads to the trainees’sports injury in the process of sports.Combined with the common sports injuries and their causes in the physical training of higher vocational colleges,this study puts forward targeted prevention strategies,in order to further improve the effect of physical training and the sports ability of trainees,improve the self-protection ability of trainees,and avoid sports injuries.
