心肌细胞的生理特性与大学生的学习特性相关性研究

Study on the Physiological Characteristics of Myocardial Cells and the Learning Characteristics of College Students

当代大学生心脏疾病频发,只有了解人体的心肌细胞生理特征才能够更好地跟大学生的学习和生活结合起来,在保护大学生健康的同时也能够提高他们的学习能力和综合素质。本研究从心肌细胞的兴奋性以及自律性两点出发,分析了心肌细胞的生理特性与当代大学生学习特性之间的联系,并提出了能够有效平衡大学生学习与生活的建议,以减轻他们的心理压力,防止出现心脏疾病。

Contemporary college students have frequent heart disease.Only by understanding the physiological characteristics of human cardiac cells can we better integrate with college students’study and life,and improve their learning ability and comprehensive quality while protecting their health.Based on the excitability and self-discipline of cardiomyocytes,this study analyzes the relationship between the physiological characteristics of cardiomyocytes and the learning characteristics of contemporary college students,and puts forward suggestions that can effectively balance the learning and life of college students,so as to reduce their psychological pressure and prevent the occurrence of heart disease.
