黑龙江省冰雪体育产业发展现状与对策研究——基于SWOT分析

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of the Development of Ice and Snow Sports Industry in Heilongjiang Province——Based on SWOT Analysis

运用SWOT模型对黑龙江省冰雪体育产业的现状进行了系统分析,指出了当前冰雪体育产业发展所面临的问题,缺乏科学统筹,缺乏专业人才。提出了相应的解决对策:避免重复建设和资源浪费,加强对冰雪体育人才的培养,政府部门加强政策扶持力度,实现全民参与。

The SWOT model was used to systematically analyze the current situation of the ice and snow sports industry in Heilongjiang Province,and pointed out the problems in the current development of the ice and snow sports industry:lack of scientific coordination and lack of professional talents.Corresponding solutions are put forward:avoid repeated construction and waste of resources,strengthen the training of ice and snow sports talents,and strengthen the policy support of government departments to achieve the participation of the whole people.
