A Survey of Teaching Beliefs of Primary School English Teachers——Taking the Primary School Affiliated to Xi’an International Studies University as an Example

摘要 以西安外国语大学附属小学的英语教师为研究对象,研究采用问卷调查法调查小学英语教师的教学信念,并用SPSS对问卷进行分析,发现目前小学英语教师的教学信念仍以教师为中心,把教师放到了重要位置。现代教育理论在整体上趋向于以学习者为中心。今后,在小学英语教师的培训、发展中,要着重向教师灌输学习者中心的教学信念,让教师尊重学习者,把学习者放到重要位置。 Taking the English teachers of the primary school affiliated to Xi’an International Studies University as the research object,the research adopts the questionnaire survey method to investigate the teaching beliefs of the English teachers in the primary school,and analyzes the questionnaire with SPSS,and finds that the teaching beliefs of the English teachers in the primary school are still teacher centered,putting the teachers in an important position.Modern education theory tends to be learner centered as a whole.In the future,in the training and development of English teachers in primary schools,we should focus on instilling the teaching belief of learner centered,making teachers respect learners and putting learners in an important position.
