摘要
文章对热活化过硫酸钠预处理玉米秸秆优化工艺条件进行了试验研究,在考察活化温度、预处理时间、过硫酸钠投加比、溶液pH值和固液质量比5个单因素对预处理效果影响的基础上,采用正交试验对预处理条件进行优化,得到最佳预处理条件为活化温度50℃,预处理时间16 h,过硫酸钠投加比0.5%,固液质量比1∶10,溶液pH值为5。此条件下,秸秆降解率为23.43%,还原糖得率为16.75%。
The optimal pretreatment conditions of corn straw with heat activated sodium persulfate were studied.Five influence factors were investigated including activation temperature,pretreatment time,sodium persulfate dosage,solution pH and solid-liquid mass ratio.Orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the pretreatment conditions,and the optimal pretreatment conditions were obtained as activation temperature of 50℃,pretreatment time 16 h,sodium persulfate ratio 0.5%,solid-liquid mass ratio 1∶10,and solution pH 5.Under this condition,the degradation rate of straw was 23.43%,and the yield of reducing sugar was 16.75%.
