The Women’s Leisure Life of Tang Dynasty

唐代女性在闲暇时光里参与球类、博弈类、节日休闲类等游乐活动,不同时节、不同阶层女性参与的休闲活动各不相同,种类多样,兼具娱乐性、趣味性、益智性。唐代稳定的政治环境、繁荣的社会经济、宽松开放的社会风气、妇女地位的提高等,最终促成唐代女性娱乐活动多姿多彩,起到了放松身心、增强体质的作用,推动了后世娱乐活动种类、规则的创新与发展。

Women in Tang Dynasty participated in the ball games,game activities,leisure activities and other recreational activities to relax themselves in spare time.It′s full of diversity,entertainment and interesting.In Tang Dynasty,open ethos pervaded the whole society.And women with less restricted and enjoyed more freedom which could take part in kinds of leisure activities in social life.However,there are some differences in terms of forms and types between the different classes of women.There are different types of activities as the seasons change every year.
