草酸亚铁的制备及光诱导丙烯腈的沉淀聚合

摘要 以硫酸亚铁和草酸为原料,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为分散剂,制备了草酸亚铁.草酸亚铁制备的工艺条件为:分散剂聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)的质量浓度为35%,温度为30℃,反应时间为30 min,硫酸亚铁的浓度为200 g·L^-1.将制备的草酸亚铁作为光引发剂,采用沉淀聚合技术进行光诱导丙烯腈的聚合.研究了HCl的量、单体丙烯腈的量和温度对聚丙烯腈收率的影响.在本文实验条件下,当盐酸的量为0. 75 mL,引发剂的量为丙烯腈的质量的3%,丙烯腈的量为4 g,聚合温度60℃,聚合反应时间3 h时,得到的聚丙烯腈的收率最高. With FeSO4 and C2H2O4 as raw materials and polyvinyl pyrrolidone(PVP)as dispersing agent,FeC2O4 was successfully prepared under the experimental conditions that the concentration of PVP was 35%,the reaction temperature 30℃,and the reaction time 30 min.Then,with the prepared FeC2O4 used as photoinititor,the photo-induced polymerization of acrylonitrile was successfully performed in water,to evaluate the effects of the amount of HCl,the amount of acrylonitrile,and the reaction temperature on the polymerization.The optimum conditions for photo-induced polymerization of acrylonitrile are that the amount of HCl is 0.75 mL,the amount of acrylonitrile 4 g,the reaction temperature 60℃,and the irradiation time 3 h,respectively.
