微型钢板置入对闭合性掌骨骨折术后手功能恢复及预后的影响

Effect of mini-plate implantation on postoperative recovery of hand function and prognosis in patients with closed fracture of metacarpal bone

目的观察微型钢板置入对闭合性掌骨骨折术后手功能恢复及预后的影响。方法选择2017年5月-2018年4月治疗的闭合性掌骨骨折118例,应用随机数表法分为两组,各59例。对照组行交叉克氏针内固定术,观察组行微型钢板置入治疗。观察两组围手术期相关指标、骨折愈合时间、手功能恢复及并发症情况。结果观察组住院时间(5.25±2.41)d、骨折愈合时间(68.57±8.13)d,均较对照组(7.48±3.64)d、(81.97±10.26)d低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组、对照组手术时间(45.79±5.03)min、(47.36±5.18)min比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组手功能恢复优良率(93.22%)较对照组(77.97%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(5.08%)较对照组(16.95%)低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论闭合性掌骨骨折给予微型钢板置入治疗并发症少且可加快骨折愈合,缩短住院时间,促进手功能快速恢复。

Objective To observe the effect of mini-plate implantation on postoperative recovery of hand function and prognosis in patients with closed fracture of metacarpal bone.Methods One hundred and eighteen patients with closed fracture of metacarpal bone treated in the hospital from May 2017 to April2018 were selected,and they were divided into two groups by random number table,with 59 cases in each group.Control group was given crossed Kirschner wire internal fixation,while observation group was treated with mini-plate implantation.The perioperative indexes,fracture healing time,recovery of hand function,complications in the two groups were observed.Results The hospital stays and fracture healing time in observation group[(5.25±2.41)d,(68.57±8.13)d]were lower than those in control group[(7.48±3.64)d,(81.97±10.26)d](P<0.05);there was no statistical difference in the operation time between observation group and control group[(45.79±5.03)min vs(47.36±5.18)min](P>0.05);the excellent rate of recovery of hand function in observation group(93.22%)was higher than that in control group(77.97%)(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in observation group(5.08%)was lower than that in control group(16.95%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Mini-plate implantation in treatment of patients with closed fracture of metacarpal bone can accelerate recovery of fracture,has less complications,shorten hospital stays,and can promote recovery of hand function.
