丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼静脉全身麻醉在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用效果

The effect of propofol combined with remifentanil intravenous general anesthesia in laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的探讨丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼静脉全身麻醉在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月-2019年2月于石城县人民医院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者80例,根据单盲分组法分为参照组和研究组,各40例。参照组以丙泊酚联合芬太尼对患者施以全身麻醉,研究组以丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼对患者施以全身麻醉。比较两组麻醉效果,观察术后麻醉恢复情况(自主呼吸用时、拔管用时和苏醒用时),术后视觉模拟疼痛(VAS)评分。结果研究组麻醉总有效率高于参照组,自主呼吸用时、拔管用时及苏醒用时短于参照组,术后VAS疼痛评分低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼静脉全身麻醉在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用效果良好,能降低患者疼痛程度,促进患者术后恢复。

Objective To explore the effect of propofol combined with remifentanil intravenous general anesthesia in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods A total of 80 cases of patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy were selected from January 2017 to February 2019 in Shicheng County People’s Hospital,which were divided into reference group and study group according to single blind grouping method,40 cases each of group.The reference group was given general anesthesia with propofol and fentanyl,and the study group was given general anesthesia with propofol and remifentanil.The results of anesthesia were compared between the two groups,and the recovery of anesthesia(time of spontaneous respiration,extubation and recovery)and the postoperative visual analogue pain(VAS)score were observed.Results The total effective rate of anesthesia in the study group was higher than the reference group,while the time of spontaneous respiration,extubation and recovery was lower than the reference group,and the postoperative VAS pain score was lower than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Propofol combined with remifentanil intravenous general anesthesia in laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the application of good results,it can reduce the degree of pain in patients,promote postoperative recovery of patients.
