随着信息通讯技术、生物技术、新材料技术等高新技术的发展,大批传统行业借助"互联网+"形成新兴业态。一方面,新兴业态高速发展,存在大量的治安隐患;另一方面,传统的治安管理要求、手段与工作机制难以适应新兴业态的形势变化。结合当前正在开展的智慧公安建设,加强对新兴业态治安问题与管理对策的研究,有着重要的现实意义。

With the coming of Internet and big data,information has played a more and more important role in the international crime struggle.?With the development of Information and communication technology,biological technology,new material technology and so on,a large number of traditional industries with the help of"Internet+"to form a new business form.On the one hand,with the rapid development of new business forms,there are a lot of hidden dangers of public security.It has important practical implications to strengthen the research on the emerging public security problems and management countermeasures in the light of the current construction of Smart Policing.
