新加坡犯罪治理对我国城市治安防控的启示

Enlightenment of Singapore’s Crime Control to Chinese Cities in Doing So

城市化带来经济社会发展的同时也给城市犯罪治理带来新的挑战,如流动人口犯罪、青少年犯罪、城市管理漏洞诱发的犯罪等问题。新加坡是短短几十年发展起来的后现代国家,其有效的犯罪治理、良好的社会治安得到世界很多国家的赞赏。公安机关应当借鉴新加坡犯罪治理经验,通过培养专业警务人员、加强官员廉政建设、重视非正式社会控制力量等措施,不断提高城市治安防控水平。

While it has brought about social development,the urbanization has brought about new challenges to urban crime control,such as migrants’ crime commission,juvenile crime,and vulnerabilities in urban governance have contributed to crime commission.Singapore is a later modern state which has gone through decades’ development.Its effective crime control and good public order have been praised by many countries in the world.Police organs should learn the successful experience in crime control.By cultivating police professionals,officials’ honesty should be strengthened,more attention be paid to informal social control,etc.so as to consistently improve competency of urban crime prevention and control.
