CSM-1120型立式搅拌磨机在多宝山二期选矿厂的工业应用 被引量:5

摘要 多宝山铜矿属于大型低品位斑岩型铜矿石,矿石中铜矿物与石英、云母等脉石矿物嵌连紧密,铜矿物单体解离情况较差,铜与脉石的连生体矿物容易上浮进入铜精矿中,严重影响铜精矿品位。为此,多宝山二期选矿厂引入大型立式搅拌磨机用于铜粗精矿再磨,经CSM-1120型立式搅拌磨机再磨后产品粒度P80可达25.3μm,再磨后3次精选获得了铜精矿铜品位22.83%、铜回收率89.44%的选矿指标,铜精矿铜品位及回收率分别提高了6.31和0.73个百分点。立式搅拌磨机的工业应用破解了含铜连生体矿物解离不充分的问题,实现了铜与脉石矿物的物性分离,减少了脉石矿物在浮选流程中的恶性循环,显著改善了选矿技术指标。 Duobaoshan Copper Mine bears large-scale low-grade porphyry copper ore.The copper mineral in the ore is tightly intertwined with gangue minerals such as quartz and mica,and the monomer dissociation of the copper mineral is poor.The mineral intergrowth of copper and gangue easily float into copper concentrate,which seriously affects the grade of copper concentrate.Therefore,a large-scale vertical stirring mill was introduced for regrinding of coarse copper concentrate in Duobaoshan second-stage concentrator.After regrinding in CSM-1120 vertical stirring mill,the product size P80 reached 25.3μm,and the fine copper concentrate with copper grade of 22.83%and copper recovery of 89.44%was achieved after three times of cleaning,the copper grade and the copper recovery respectively enhanced by 6.31 and 0.73 percentage points.The industrial application of the vertical stirring mill solved the problem of insufficient dissociation of copper-containing mineral intergrowth,realized the physical separation of copper and gangue minerals,reduced the vicious cycle of gangue minerals during flotation process,and significantly improved the mineral processing technical indexes.
