摘要
电动汽车和混合动力汽车代表了未来汽车发展的方向,具有节能降耗、绿色环保的优点。作为车载电气重要设备,车载DC/DC电源应当具有高效率、高功率密度的特点,以适应电动汽车空间有限,要求高转换效率的目标。通过采用Boost+LLC+双路Buck斩波作为主电路拓扑,设计了一种双路输出的车载DC/DC电源,为车载空调系统的直流风机系统供电。Boost电路将宽输入电压调整为一个较为稳定的电压,使得LLC电路基本工作在谐振点上,从而实现最高效率。双路Buck斩波部分设计了一种双路Buck斩波IPM模块,提高了产品功率密度。此外模块化设计便于形成不同系列的产品。经测试验证,该电源的各级工作稳定,双路输出相互独立、互不干扰,整机效率较高,达到了整体设计目标。
Electric vehicles and hybrid electric vehicles represent the direction of the future development of vehicles,with the advantages of energy saving and consumption reduction,green mode and environmental protection.As important vehicle electrical equipment,vehicle DC/DC power supply should have the characteristics of high efficiency and high power density to adapt to the limited space on the electric vehicle and the high conversion efficiency requirement.By using the Boost+LLC+two-way Buck choppers as the main circuit topology,a dual output vehicle DC/DC power supply is developed to supply the DC fans of vehicle’s air conditioning system,the Boost circuit adjusts the wide input vo-ltage to a relatively stable vol-tage,making the LLC circuit basically work at the resonant point,thus achieving the highest efficiency.In the dual Buck chopping part,an IPM module based on dual Buck chopping is designed,which greatly improves the power density.The modular design is convenient to form different series of products.According to the test and verification,the dual outputs of this power supply are independent from each other without interference,and the whole device efficiency is high,thus achieves the overall design goal.
