摘要
江苏美食资源丰富多样,具有较高的历史文化价值与旅游经济价值。伴随旅游业的升级,体验目的地美食已成为游客旅行过程的重要构成要素。以江苏为例,特色美食成为影响游客旅游决策、具有独特吸引力的因素,它提高了江苏美食旅游的核心竞争力,创造了可持续的经济价值。当下,江苏美食旅游市场定位模糊,品牌号召力较弱。为应对此现状,文章建议从江苏美食旅游资源的开发环境和市场条件入手,打造江苏整体美食文化圈品牌,发展美食旅游品牌经营,从根本上带动江苏旅游业的发展。
Jiangsu cuisine resources are rich and diverse,with high historical and cultural value and tou-rist economic value.With the upgrading of tourism,experiencing the destination cuisine has become an important element of tourists'travel.Taking Jiangsu as an example,featured cuisine has become a unique attraction that influences tourists'decisions,thus improving the core competitiveness of Jiangsu cuisine tourism and creating sustainable economic value.At present,Jiangsu food tourism market is weak in terms of its brand appeal,and its focus is not clear.In order to cope with this situation,this paper starts from the development environment and market conditions of Jiangsu food tourism resources to build the brand of the whole food culture circle in Jiangsu,develop the food tourism brand management,and fundamentally promote the development of tourism in Jiangsu.
