摘要
以常州工学院为研究对象,通过问卷调查和案例分析,对地方本科院校协同育人方式、途径、内容、满意度、影响因素及评估考察维度等进行初步探索,构建地方本科院校“四纵四横”协同育人模式,并针对存在的主要问题提出了5方面对策建议:进一步完善顶层设计,做好政策优化与衔接;以新工科、产教融合等新政策与理念指导协同育人工作;夯实协同育人基础,持续发展,打造协同育人品牌;建立畅通的交流机制,强化保障,为协同育人提供持续动能;注重宣传与研究,加强激励考核。
Taking Changzhou Institute of Technology as the research object,through questionnaire investigation and case study,a preliminary research on methods,contents,satisfaction,influencing factors and evaluation of dimension about collaborative education of local university is made.“Four vertical and four horizontal”cooperative education mode of local university is constructed.In view of the problem,five countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:further improving the top-level design,policy optimization;using new engineering and integration of production and education to support cooperative education;deepening early collaborative education cooperation,building collaborative education brand;strengthening the protection,continuing to provide energy for cooperative education;paying attention to publicity and research and the incentive assessment.
