摘要
在中国水电"走出去"的过程中,国外用户对中国标准体系的认可度较低的问题日益凸显,影响了中国水电全产业链"走出去"的进程和国外项目的顺利推进.本文作者通过对中美相关标准中水电站技术供水系统要求的对比,分析了两国标准在技术细节上的优劣性,为中国水电标准的推广提供了一个样本和借鉴.
In the process of Chinese Hydropower industry"Going Global".The problem of low acceptance of Chinese standard by foreign users has become increasingly prominent。And witch seriously hindered the process of"Going Global"plan of Chinese Hydropower industry chain and the hydropower project progress。In this paper,the authors compared the Cooling Water System of hydropower stations in the relevant standards of China and the United States,and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the two standards.This provides a sample and reference for the promotion of Chinese hydropower standards.
