摘要
针对中职班主任工作的繁杂性、高压性、反复性以及塑造性特点,中职班主任培训能够为其提供整合归类之便、疏导抗压之法、规律可循之道与教育培养之力。然而,在实践过程中,中职班主任培训却存在动机不足、时间短缺、考核偏颇、体制缺失等问题。因此,应凸显内容特色,需求化定位培训;聚焦目标群体,针对化精准培训;侧重诊断评价,过程化持续培训;健全运行机制,体系化系统培训。
Aiming at the characteristics of complexity, pressure, repetitiveness, and shaping of class teachers’ work in secondary vocational schools, the training of class teachers in secondary vocational schools can provide them with the convenience of categorization, the method of channeling pressure, the law to follow and the power of education. However, in practice, there are problems such as insufficient motivation, shortage of time, biased assessment, and lack of system. Therefore, it is necessary to highlight the content characteristics and demand-oriented positioning training;focus on the target group and targeted precise training;focus on diagnostic evaluation and process-based continuous training;improve the operating mechanism and systematic training.
