非公路矿用自卸车振动评估方法

摘要 基于对土方机械振动适用标准进行深入研究,分析了非公路矿用自卸车接触全身振动(WBV)和手臂振动的量化方法,并结合目前法规对振动限值的要求,给出了非公路矿用自卸车振动影响评估类型的选择,即以影响健康为要求,按照8h暴露量来评估非公路矿用自卸车的振动性能。同时,也指出振动值测量结果受许多不同的因素影响,如作业环境、驾驶员习惯、车辆本身结构等等,现行适用标准都具有一定的局限性和模糊性。 Based on the applicable standards of earthmoving machinery vibration, this article analyzes the quantitative methods of contact whole body vibration(WBV) and arm vibration of truck, and combines with the requirements of vibration limit value level in current guidance and regulations, gives the selection of the influence type of vibration evaluation of off-highway mining dump truck. According to the exposure amount of 8 hours, we evaluate the vibration performance of truck, and also point out that the measurement results of vibration value are affected by many different factors, such as working environment, driver habit, truck structure and so on. The current applicable standards have certain limitations and fuzziness.
