摘要
为了延长矿用重型卡车连接件使用年限,最大限度地发挥其使用性能,2018年着手设计、优化了矿用重型卡车润滑系统,通过加装润滑系统油位检测、报警装置的方式,在油脂储存量达到规定值下限时,操作人员或维修人员可在设备仪表盘接收到警示信号,从而完成油脂检查、补充,保证连接件润滑良好,随之降低设备故障率及维修成本。
In order to extend the service life of mine truck fitting performance, maximize the use of performance, shop maintenance personnel designed, optimized the mining truck lubrication system in 2018. Through the installation of lubrication system oil level detection, alarm device way,thresholds in oil storage, operating or maintenance personnel in the equipment dashboard receives the warning signs, so as to complete oil check, complement, and guarantee good lubrication performance of the fittings, and reduce equipment failure rate and maintenance cost subsequently.
