云眼斑螳发育起点温度和有效积温的研究 被引量:2

Study on the developmental threshold temperature and effective accumulated temperature of Creobroter nebulosa

摘要 云眼斑螳(Creobroter nebulosa)是我国南方一种常见的花螳,捕食各种农业害虫,具有生物防治应用价值。为明确云眼斑螳各虫态的发育起点温度和有效积温,本试验在人工气候箱设置了21、24、26、28、30℃五个温度梯度,测定不同温度下的发育历期,采用最小二乘法计算出各个龄期的发育起点温度和有效积温;采用logistic模型建立各虫态发育速率与温度的关系,进而求出各虫态的发育最适温度及适宜温区。结果表明,云眼斑螳各虫态在21~30℃之间的发育历期受温度影响显著,除产卵前期外,随温度的升高明显缩短。卵、1龄、2龄、3龄、4龄、5龄、6龄和卵到成体的发育起点温度分别为14.93、7.96、8.87、11.51、11.76、8.25、13.99和9.87℃,有效积温分别为388.11、181.73、132.32、119.07、197.03、253.07、182.06和1555.73 d·℃。研究结果为进一步开展云眼斑螳生态学和生物学研究提供了依据,对应用云眼斑螳进行生物防治具有重要意义。 Creobroter nebulosa(Mantodea: Hymenopodidae) is a praying mantis widely distributed in southern China. It can prey on many kinds of insect pests, and it is recognized as an important natural enemy that can be used for biological control. To determine the developmental threshold temperature and effective accumulated temperature for experimental populations of C. nebulosa, five constant rearing temperatures(21, 24, 26, 28, and 30℃) were set, and the developmental durations of C. nebulosa raised at different temperatures were recorded. The developmental threshold temperature and effective accumulated temperature were calculated by the least square method. The Logistic model was used to illustrate the relationship between the temperature and developmental rate. The results showed that the developmental rate of C.nebulosa was closely related to temperature. Except for the pre-oviposition period, the developmental durations of each growth stage were shortened significantly with the increase of temperature that ranged from 21℃ to 30℃. The developmental threshold temperatures of the egg stage, 1 st, 2 nd, 3 rd, 4 th, 5 th, 6 th, and egg to adult were 14.93, 7.96, 8.87,11.51, 11.76, 8.25, 13.99 and 9.87 ℃, respectively. The effective accumulated temperatures were 388.11, 181.73,132.32, 119.07, 197.03, 253.07, 182.06, and 1 555.73 d·℃, respectively. The results of this study provided a basis for future researches on the ecology and biology of C. nebulosa and were of great significance for biological control using C. nebulosa.
