铝胁迫下尾巨桉幼苗对外源磷的生理响应 被引量:2

Physiological Response of Eucalyptus urophylla × E. grandis Seedlings to Exogenous Phosphorus under Aluminum Stress

摘要 以尾巨桉DH32-29(Eucalyptus urophylla×E.grandis)为试材,采用分根沙培法研究铝胁迫下幼苗对外源磷的生理响应。结果表明,铝胁迫下尾巨桉叶片中的可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量及电导率显著增加,添加足量磷(0.1 g/L)可降低铝胁迫时叶片可溶性蛋白含量和电导率,缓解叶片细胞在铝胁迫下受到的损害。 Using Eucalyptus urophylla × E. grandis DH32-29 as test materials, physiological response of seedlings to exogenous phosphorus under aluminum stress was studied by split-root sand culture method. Results showed that contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein and electrical conductivity significantly increased under aluminum stress. Soluble protein content and electrical conductivity significantly reduced with adequate phosphorus(0.1 g/L), which alleviated damage to leaf cells by aluminum stress.
