肾亏受到中医医学知识、社会文化和日常生活伦理的多重建构。在中医医学知识的脉络中,肾亏不是一种具体的疾病,而是某些疾病联合表现出来的一个综合证候群。在社会文化结构中,由于与性的关联,肾亏已经超出了医学意义上的疾病范畴,被抽象化为一种“文化疾病”的隐喻。在日常生活伦理活动中,肾亏更多地与活力或能力不足联系在一起,成为一种社会价值倾向的判定。

The kidney deficiency is a disease multi-reconstructed by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)medical knowledge,social culture and daily life ethics.In the context of TCM medical knowledge,kidney deficiency is not a specific disease,but a syndrome resulted from the combined action of certain diseases.In the construction of social culture,due to the association with sex,kidney deficiency has gradually exceeded medical disease category and becom a metaphor for a“cultural disease”.In the ethical activities of daily life,kidney deficiency is more associated with deficiency of vitality or ability and becomes a judgment on social value tendency.
