多芯体避雷器时变温度场仿真研究 被引量:1

摘要 剩余电流导致氧化锌避雷器芯体有一定的温升,进而造成氧化锌电阻阀片的老化,其老化程度受温度分布和温升大小影响,因此研究直流避雷器时变温度场分布有重要意义。以YH20WDB1-188多柱并联直流氧化锌避雷器为例,根据传热微分方程及补充方程,进行了时变温度场仿真计算,得到的避雷器不同位置的计算结果与实验数据吻合。对比分析单支芯体与避雷器整体的温度分布及升温速度,仿真分析结果有助于多柱并联避雷器的结构优化和电阻片老化特性分析。 The arrester leakage current leads to a certain temperature rise of the core body,which in turn causes the aging of the zinc oxide resistance valve.The degree of aging depends on the temperature rise in addition to the temperature distribution.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the time-varying temperature field distribution of DC arresters.In this paper,a YH20WDB1-188 multi-column parallel DC zinc oxide arrester is taken as an example.Based on the heat transfer differential equation and supplementary equation,a time-varying temperature field simulation calculation is performed.The calculated results of the different positions of the arrester are consistent with the experimental data.It also compares and analyzes the overall temperature distribution and heating speed of the single-core core and the arrester.The simulation analysis results are helpful for the optimization of the structure of the multi-pillar parallel arrester and the analysis of the aging characteristics of the resistor chip.
