浅论人本建设之于矿山企业安全生产零伤害的重要性及解决方案

On the importance of human based construction in the safety production of mining enterprises and the solutions

习近平总书记曾说:“人命关天,发展决不能以牺牲人的生命为代价,这必须作为一条不可逾越的红线”,不仅深刻阐明了安全生产工作的极端重要性,而且为安全生产工作指明了方向。然而,矿山企业人本建设基础薄弱、基础设施相对落后,加之生产组织方式粗放,人又恰恰是矿山劳动主体,要实现“零伤害”的底线和目标,这就要求矿山企业必须要有刮骨疗毒的勇气和猛药去疴的决心,努力构建安全生产长效机制。本文着重论述人本建设的重要性并提出培养和塑造“想安全、会安全、能安全”的本质型安全人的基本方案,有效促进企业安全生产。

General Secretary Xi Jinping once said:"the development of human life must not be at the expense of human life.It must be an impassable red line".It not only profoundly expounds the extreme importance of safety production,but also points out the direction for safety production.However,the foundation of human-oriented construction of mining enterprises is weak,the infrastructure is relatively backward,and the production organization mode is extensive,and human is exactly the main body of mining labor.To achieve the bottom line and goal of"zero harm",mining enterprises must have the courage to scrape bones and cure poison and the determination to eliminate poison,and strive to build a longterm mechanism of safe production.This paper focuses on the importance of people-oriented construction and puts forward the basic plan of cultivating and shaping the essential safe people who want to be safe,can be safe and can be safe,so as to effectively promote the safety production of enterprises.
