摘要
常规湿法炼锌工艺中,浸出渣含有大量的硫酸铅,研究浸出渣中硫酸铅的回收对保护环境具有重大意义。本试验在分析硫酸铅渣的主要成分及物相组成的基础上,对硫酸铅渣进行浸出试验研究,考察了氯盐浓度、液固比、温度、浸出时间等对硫酸铅渣中铅、锌浸出率的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件如下:氯化铵浓度200~250g/L、氯化钙浓度10g/L、浸出温度75~80℃、浸出时间2~2.5h、液固比12:1.该条件下硫酸铅渣中铅和锌的浸出率分别可达89.88%和74.0%。
In the conventional zinc hydrometallurgy process,the leach residue contains a lot of lead sulfate.It is of great significance to study the recovery of lead sulfate from the leach residue for environmental protection.Based on analysis of composition and chemical phases,Experimental study on leaching of lead sulfate residue,effects of sodium chlorate concentration,liquid to solid ratio,temperature,leaching time on lead and zinc extraction from lead sulfate residue.The results show that leaching ratio of lead and zinc is 89.88%and 74.0%respectively under the optimum conditions including NH4CI concentration of 250 g/L,CaCl 2 concentration of 10 g/L,leaching temperature of 75~80℃。leaching time of 2.5h,and L/S=12.
