常减压蒸馏装置的节能对策探究

Research on energy saving countermeasures of atmospheric and vacuum distillation equipment

常减压蒸馏装置是炼油企业的核心,而且还是能耗最高的环节。因此,要对常减压蒸馏装置不断地进行优化,尽可能地降低其能源的消耗,进而共同发展我国能源事业和提高炼油企业生产效率的战略目标。本文主要对常减压蒸馏装置的节能进行分析,并提出了常减压蒸馏装置节能优化的措施。

The constant pressure distillation unit is the core of oil refining enterprise,and also the highest energy consumption link.Therefore,constant pressure distillation plant should be optimized continuously to reduce its energy consumption as much as possible,so as to jointly develop China's energy industry and improve the production efficiency of oil refining enterprises.This paper mainly analyzes the energy saving of the distillation unit and puts forward the measures to optimize the energy saving of the distillation unit.
