意识形态作为思想上层建筑,对其话语权的掌控是守正经济建设方向与创新社会发展方式的重要手段.新时代,继续筑牢马克思主义在意识形态领域的话语权是保持我国特色鲜明的政治底色和理论根基的必然要求.鉴于马克思主义意识形态话语权受国内环境变化与国际环境冲击的非理性解构的境遇,必须在创新社会发展与坚定理论自信中不断提升马克思主义意识形态话语权的对内适应能力和对外应变能力,这既是新时代理性构建马克思主义意识形态话语权的现实途径,也是今后做好意识形态工作的重中之重.

Ideology is the superstructure of thinking and the possession of discourse power is a major approach to guarantee the economic construction and innovative development in China.To consolidate continuously the discourse power of Marxism in the new era is the inevitable requirement of upholding China’s distinctive political grounding and theoretical foundation.In view of the irrational deconstruction of Marxist ideological discourse by the influences of domestic and international environments,it is necessary to constantly improve the adaptation of Marxist ideological discourse with self-confidence.This is the practical way to rationally construct the discourse power of Marxist ideology in the new era,and the priority for the future ideological work as well.
