计及光热发电特性的光-风-火虚拟电厂双阶段优化调度 被引量:28

Two-stage Optimal Dispatching for Solar-Wind-Thermal Virtual Power Plant Considering Characteristic of Concentrating Solar Power

摘要 风电机组出力的间歇性和波动性导致风-火虚拟电厂的实际出力偏离其日前申报值。考虑到配置储热装置的光热电站出力可控的特点,将其聚合到风-火虚拟电厂中一同参与申报出力,建立计及光热发电特性的光-风-火虚拟电厂双阶段优化调度模型。以日前调度结果作为虚拟电厂申报出力,在实时调度中参与辅助平衡市场,通过改变光热电站的储热量来修正其输出功率,并采用收缩空间的和声搜索算法求解模型。仿真结果表明,光-风-火虚拟电厂可协调各单元出力,能够有效降低申报偏差,从而获得更高的运行收益,光热电站配置更大的储热容量,能够增强其调节能力,虚拟电厂可获得更高的经济效益。 The intermittent and fluctuating characteristics of output from wind turbines cause the actual output of a windthermal virtual power plant(VPP)to deviate from its declared value. Considering the controllable characteristics of output from a concentrating solar power(CSP)plant with a heat storage device,it is integrated into the wind-thermal VPP to participate in the declared output together,and a two-stage optimal dispatching model of the solar-wind-thermal VPP is established with the consideration of CSP characteristics. The day-ahead dispatching results are taken as the declared output from the VPP. On the real-time dispatching stage,the VPP participates in the auxiliary balance market and modifies the output power from the CSP plant by changing the heat storage capacity of the heat storage device. In addition,the shrinkage space harmony search algorithm is used to solve the proposed model. Simulation results show that the solar-wind-thermal VPP can coordinate the output from each internal unit,which can effectively reduce the declared deviation and further obtain higher operating benefits. The larger heat storage capacity of the CSP plant is beneficial to enhancing its regulation capability,thus the VPP can gain higher economic benefits.
